About this website

This website is run by MCS Protect Limited, the company behind TRSThub. MCS Protect Limited is incorporated in England and Wales as company number 17335100. Its registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.

TRSThub is a service we are still developing. In the meantime, this website tells you about it, lets you sign up to our mailing list for progress and pricing updates, and runs a short survey for content creators about leaked and stolen content.

To contact us about anything on this website, email hello@trsthub.com.

Using this website does not create a contract for any future TRSThub service. We do not promise that the website, the mailing list, the survey, or any feature described here will remain available, launch, or have any particular features or pricing.

Mailing list and survey

The mailing list is free. We do not promise a particular frequency or number of emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email.

The survey is for people aged 18 or over. It is voluntary and unpaid. Do not include confidential information or personal data about someone else in your answers unless you are authorised to do so.

We use survey answers as described in our privacy policy. Do not treat the survey as a confidential channel. We will not publish an identifiable quotation from your answer without asking you first.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website: don't try to bypass its security checks, submit false or misleading information through our forms, scrape or systematically extract its content, or interfere with its normal operation. We may block access from anyone who does.

Intellectual property

The TRSThub name and logo, and the content of this website, belong to MCS Protect Limited or its licensors. You may view and share pages of this website for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our permission.

No warranties

We provide this website as it is, without warranties of any kind. What we say about TRSThub, including its features, launch dates and pricing, may change before it launches.

Nothing on this website is legal, security, financial, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before relying on anything here.

To the fullest extent the law allows, MCS Protect Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, such as for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Third-party links

This website may link to pages run by other organisations, such as the Information Commissioner's Office. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of any website we don't run ourselves.

Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It is privacy information, not a term that changes the lawful basis for processing or replaces any consent we ask for separately.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as this website and the service it describes develop. We'll change the date at the top of this page and, where a change is material, explain what changed. The revised terms apply from publication; they do not change how we processed data before then. If a material change affects mailing-list subscribers' rights or obligations, we'll also notify them by email. You can reject the change by unsubscribing from the mailing list; you'll then receive no further marketing emails. Continuing to use the website after the effective date means you accept the revised website terms.

We may update the privacy policy separately when our processing changes. We'll publish the revised version and date, and bring any new purpose or material change to people's attention before we start it. Where required, we'll ask for fresh consent. You can withdraw consent to our progress and pricing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, which deletes your address outright, as explained in the privacy policy.

Transferring these terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, such as if MCS Protect Limited is reorganised or acquired. You may not transfer yours.

No rights for third parties

These terms are between you and MCS Protect Limited. No one else may enforce them, including under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

If we don't act on a breach

If we don't act immediately on something that breaches these terms, that doesn't mean we've given up our right to act on it, or on anything similar, later.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or gives you other protections.

If part of these terms is found invalid

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.

The whole agreement

These terms are the whole agreement between you and MCS Protect Limited about your use of this website, and replace anything said elsewhere about it.
